2. Service Description

Guitar Fulfillment provides B2B and D2C fulfillment, storage, quality control, and distribution services specifically for musical instruments within Canada. All services are subject to an executed service agreement outlining specific rates and SLAs.

3. Liability and Insurance

While Guitar Fulfillment maintains comprehensive commercial liability and warehouseman's legal liability insurance, clients are responsible for maintaining their own inventory insurance unless otherwise specified in their service agreement.
