Canada's Guitar Fulfillment Agency
Your guitars.
Ready to sell.
Across Canada.
We receive your instruments from anywhere in the world, inspect them, set them up, store them in climate-controlled conditions, and ship them to dealers and customers across Canada β so you can focus on building, not logistics.
The Challenge
What We Do
Every service your
Canadian operation needs
We built this agency specifically for guitar manufacturers. Every service is designed around instrument handling, dealer relationships, and the realities of the Canadian market.
Your instruments live in a dedicated storage environment maintained at 45β55% relative humidity and 16β22Β°C year-round. Critical for wood stability β especially Vancouver's wet winters.
- Continuous humidity & temperature monitoring with alerts
- Dedicated guitar racking β no stacking, no crushing
- Individual SKU tracking per serial number
- Monthly inventory reports with photos on request
Every guitar is inspected on arrival. We document condition, flag defects, and provide a per-unit QC report before anything enters your live inventory.
- Finish and cosmetic assessment with photos
- Structural check: neck joint, fret ends, nut, tuners
- Written QC report per batch β shareable with your factory
- Flagged units quarantined with defect classification
We set up each guitar to market-ready playability standards β action, intonation, truss rod, tuning stability β before it ships to a dealer or customer.
- String height (action) set to your brand spec or standard
- Intonation and tuning stability check
- Truss rod relief adjustment
- Optional: re-string, nut slot adjustment, fret polish
Not every defect warrants a full return to factory. We assess, fix minor cosmetic issues, and communicate transparently about what we can resolve vs. what needs escalation.
- Cosmetic touch-ups: dings, finish blemishes, scratches
- Hardware tightening, strap button, jack issues
- Electronics check (acoustic-electric, active pickups)
- Factory liaison for warranty escalations
We ship to music retailers across Canada β from national chains to independent shops β with proper compliance labeling, routing guides, and tracking.
- Retailer-compliant packaging and labeling
- LTL and parcel carrier management
- Purchase order processing and packing slip generation
- Real-time tracking shared with dealers
Sell direct to Canadian consumers through your own website or marketplace. We integrate with your platform and handle everything from pick-and-pack to returns.
- Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon.ca integration
- Instrument-safe packaging for end consumer delivery
- Canada Post, UPS, FedEx carrier options
- Returns handling with QC re-inspection
How It Works
From factory
to Canadian shelf
A straightforward, transparent process designed for international manufacturers who need a reliable, expert Canadian partner β not another generic logistics vendor.
Typical Timeline
We discuss your product range, volumes, dealer network expectations, and setup requirements. You get a custom SLA with clear rates, turnaround commitments, and escalation protocols.
Your shipment arrives at our Vancouver facility. We unbox, count, inspect each unit for damage, cosmetic defects, and structural issues β and photograph everything. A QC report is shared with you within 48 hours of receipt.
Guitars that require professional setup are worked on by our luthier technicians. Any issues flagged in QC are either resolved in-house or escalated to you with a clear recommendation. Every guitar that leaves our facility plays well.
Inventory lives in our humidity-controlled warehouse, organized by SKU and serial number. You have access to live stock levels via our web portal. We alert you when any unit reaches critical levels.
When orders come in β from your dealers or your D2C store β we pick, pack using instrument-safe materials, generate compliant documentation, and ship. Tracking is automatically sent to the recipient. For B2B orders, we follow each retailer's routing guide.
Returns arrive back at our facility. Every returned guitar is re-inspected, condition-graded, and either restocked, flagged for repair, or documented for warranty processing. No guessing β you get a clear report on every return.
